Dishwashing

A liquid detergent that is introduced automatically during the wash cycle, and a rinse-aid drying agent, that is automatically injected for the fresh water rinse cycle, generally provide the cleaning action in a dishwasher.

Commercial Dishwashing detergents are highly alkaline and should be handled with care. The cleaning power of the detergent is due in the main to the sequestrants and alkalis present in the formulation; these are able to remove persistent remainders of lipstick, tea and coffee. In addition they can finely distribute soil within the cleaning solution and hold them in suspension, thus reducing new re-contamination to a large extent. They also assist in reducing precipitation of calcium magnesium carbonate (scale). Our purpose is the application of scientific knowledge to produce the most cost effective cleaning solutions.
